My “Two Cents”:
I am more of a verbal person versus a written person, so when I was first introduced to journaling, I was not a fan. I tried to write in a blank journal and then I tried to keep an audio journal—which only lasted for two weeks. This tool was perfect for me because it provided guided reflection exercises where I could simply reply to the prompts. It also included motivational quotes which help me push through long days.
