IMPORTANT NOTE: All applications will be received and reviewed by our committee. This program is extremely popular and there is a waiting list from the prior year. We encourage you to apply at the earliest time possible. The committee will select only 25 candidates to participate in the Class of 2027. Chosen participants are required to attend all sessions, book studies, and capstone project team work. We completely understand that life happens, when a participants attendance falls below 75% then the Leadership Caldwell Committee may take action and limit the participants opportunity to graduate with the rest of the class. Participation is KEY TO SUCCESS!
Where Leadership Becomes Legacy
Leadership Caldwell is not built on theory alone. It is built on action.
At the heart of the program is the Capstone Project, a culminating experience where participants move beyond learning and step into real, measurable impact within Caldwell County.
The Class of 2026 set a new standard.
They didn’t just complete a project. They identified real needs, collaborated across industries, and delivered meaningful solutions that will continue to benefit our community long after graduation. Their work reflects what Leadership Caldwell is designed to do. It develops leaders who don’t wait for change, but create it.
Each Capstone Project challenges participants to:
- Identify a meaningful community need
- Collaborate with fellow leaders and local organizations
- Develop a strategic, actionable solution
- Execute with purpose and accountability
- Deliver a lasting impact
This is where leadership shifts from personal growth to community influence.
The Capstone is not an assignment. It is a responsibility.
It represents the moment participants step forward as leaders who understand Caldwell County, are connected to its people, and are committed to shaping its future.
As you explore the projects from the Class of 2026, we invite you to see what is possible when leadership is intentional, collaborative, and rooted in service.
And for those considering Leadership Caldwell, this is the bar.
